Yankees vs Mets

THE YANKEES ARE AWESOME!!!!! The Mets are statistically doing worse than the Yankees, the Yanks are 24- 21 and the Mets are 20- 25. I asked most of my classmates to name 5 people on the Mets. the results were....... drum roll please........most of my class are not real Mets fans. I knew it. Only a little amount of my class are Yankee fans (http://more-maddie.blogspot.com, http://brisafkane.blogspot.com, http://jmagliano.blogspot.com) That is not a lot. I am sooooooooooooo happy!!!!!! The Yankees beat the Mets. And they just did not beat them, but had a shut out against the Mets, 4-0. Statistically the New York Yankees are better than the Mets. Tanaka, wow, just wow. He is AWESOME!!!! The New York Yankees have a big chance of winning today. The Mets have a rookie pitching today, DeGrom. Whitley is pitching for The Yanks. One of my friends is going to the game. A lot of my friends are Mets fans, when the say "Yankees SUCK". I usually say 27. Some them just be quiet, but some not so much, my friend Max (http://veyronmine.blogspot.com) always argues with me. I usually win the argument. LET GO YANKS!!!!!!

Yesterday, I made a post about the results of the subway series. The Yankees lost the subway series on Monday. 9-7. The Yankees lost last night. And was just soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo angry. The pitching is just soooooo stupid. They should have never traded Grandson. Now statistically we're tied with the Mets. Tonight, Tanaka is pitching tonight, so the Yankees are probably going to win. And tomorrow night the Mets are just going to scared and lose because they're the Mets. LETS GO YANKS!!!!!!!!

As you guys know I love the Yankees. In my previous post, I talked about the subway series. The versed the Mets. I was on the edge of my seat through out the game. I was actually at the game. It was a REALLY GOOD GAME!!! I was soooooo happy when Gardner hit a home run. But sadly the New York Mets had consecutive home runs for 4 innings. And sadly they won 9- 7. One more really sad thing happened. The Nets, my favorite basketball team lost to the Miami Heat. I hope they beat the Heat in all other games to advance in the playoffs. I also hope the Yankees win tonight.

Today IS THE DAY, the Mets are going to lose. I think they've gotten use to that. The Mets are versing the awesome Yankees. Most of my class hates the Yankees. But they all are just amazed by the Yankees awesomeness. I'm actually going to today's game, I should be leaving in a few minutes. So today, Hiroki Kuroda is starting for the Yankees and Bartolo Colon is starting for the Mets. Statistically, the Yankees are doing better the Mets. Gandhi. He is up there in the hall of fame. Next to great people like Martin Luther King Jr, Mother Teresa, and Jackie Robinson. Gandhi did a very good thing by not using violence, but words. These heroes are 1 out of a 100. If we all stand up to problems it won't be 1 out of a 100, but 100 out of a 100. But we shouldn't be violent but make a change with our words. I started this blog in late 2013. I have made many posts. I just wanted to take this time to show you guys where we are. I have 342 page views. This has gone international, yes INTERNATIONAL!!! We page views from Germany, The United States, Ukraine, and Malaysia. Most of our page views have came from The US. My blog has been talked about throughout my family and their friends. Most of my friends know about my blog. Recently one of my teachers posted about my blog. So soon our page views will get bigger and bigger. I am adding a gadget which shows how page views we have. Baseball!

Baseball. As you guys know I LOVE baseball. I'm on a team and the season started a few days ago. We had are first game a few days ago. I play in the Bantam league, which has kids who are 11 and 12. My team is all 11. We were against a team who was all 12!!!!!!!!! They were really tall and were much bigger than us. Before the game we were watching them practice form the dugout. They looked decent. They started to look clumsy. We thought we had a chance, but they were just playing around. We were the away team. Their pitcher walked a few batters. Bases loaded and no outs. We were all nervous. We all chanted "Bases loaded we need a hit". The count is full. The pitcher gets ready throws the pitch. The ump says, "STRIKE THREE!!!". Now there's one out. The pitcher walks the batter. We scored a point, the score is 1- 0. The pitcher walks the next two batters. The other team's coach comes out. Pitcher change we watch the other pitcher from the dugout. Fire. He is a great pitcher, he strikes out the the next two batters. I am out for a inning, but the inning I am out they score a few times. I used to be a great catcher, last year I was the best in the league. I don't know what happened, but I was horrible out there. I let the STEAL HOME!!!!! They had to call mercy. I was up to bat and there were two outs. When they saw me they all started laughing. Perhaps because of my nationality and they think I suck. Pitcher winds up. He lets go of the ball. The ump says,"Hit by the pitch take your base". The pitcher STRUCK OUT THE NEXT BATTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Three outs. Then it just became a slaughter. WE LOST THE GAME 13- 3, that is 10 runs. WHY! Please comment your thoughts.

The season of testing is upon us
Hi guys!!! As some of you guys know the New York ELA Test starts this week on Tuesday.
I'm not a fan of the test, but it helps you see how good you have done this year. The test is a good way to measure children. Without the test, children with problems would be in a grade that they aren't supposed. The child would struggle in school. Children would bully or make fun of the child because they are struggling. During the school year we do a lot of work. Should we just throw away everything we learned or see how good we did?
The tests are hard for some children, but that doesn't mean they can't try. I know no one likes tests, from kids to adults. But in the future and you're going to have hard tests, such as the Bar Exam to become a lawyer. The test is 60 minutes, but they give you 90 minutes. That is plenty of time. Some kids get extra time, which I believe is 2 hours and 30 minutes. There is a lot of time, so why not use it.
The test is three days long. I have a issue with what we have on each day for a few reasons. One the first day we have a few texts and multiple choice questions, I'm fine with that. I don't really like the second day because it's everything, including multiple choice, extended response, and short responses, why can't we have that on the 3rd or 1st day. The third day is extended and short responses. May they could put day 1 and 3 together.
Honestly, as a student I say I HATE THE TESTS!!! I wish they could decide all this stuff off our real grades. If you still have time left is really boring waiting. It feels like the is sooooooooooooo SLOW!!! It is a good thing we don't have homework this week. That is what think about the tests.

BASEBALL
I love baseball!!! I play baseball for 78 precinct. I have won one of the championships. I usually am catcher, but this year I am planning on playing outfield because I have a good arm. Once I was throwing it to second base to catch someone stealing, but the ended up in the outfield, but thank god the outfielder caught and threw it home and I tagged him out.

Superbowl XLVIII
HI!!! Did you happen to see the Superbowl? LET'S GO SEAHAWKS!!! The Seattle Seahawks dominated The Denver Broncos. The score was 43-8. That was an AWESOME GAME!!! The Seahawks played their best, so did the Broncos. Peyton Manning played his best, so did Russell Wilson.
